This villa of 217 square meters is located in Cap Martinet, of Talamanca bay next to Destino beach club, and consists of 5 bedrooms. Without a doubt, the luminosity, characteristics of this villa, is filling up the dining room of the house.
On this same floor (ground floor) there is a great laundry and ironing area, equipped with washer and dryer and a toilet.
In addition, this plant has a cozy and spacious rustic room with fireplace, perfect for meetings with friends, which surprises for its breadth and design: the stone and wood are fused with two decorative vaults, resembling this space with a warm cellar .
The main entrance of the house is located on the first floor. Nothing else to enter, the living room with a careful and modern decoration welcomes the guests. This space has a dining table with six chairs, sofa chaise longue, plasma TV and fireplace. It is the ideal place to enjoy the island with family and friends. There is a nice terrace with wonderful views of D’alt Vila castle. The living room gives direct access to the pool and garden.

The first of them, with marine air design, has a king size bed, built-in wardrobe, a small desk and en-suite bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub and a shower. The second bedroom has a warm touch of the deserts of the Sahara with its Moroccan lamps. It also has a king size bed, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, with two sinks, shower and bathtub.
