LOCATION

The terraces surrounding the villa are filled with scented jasmine, honeysuckle, and bougainvillea. There are long comfortable cushioned inbuilt benches all along the front of the house and a separate palm covered outdoor lounge area with sofas and coaches with spectacular views overlooking the sea making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a cool drink or read a book. Candlelight and the sound of the sea gently lapping on the shore a stone’s throw away makes this a truly romantic spot.

ACCOMODATION

Ground Floor:

The entrance leads into a living room with wooden ceilings and parquet floors; furnished with sofas, coaches, fireplace with a well-stocked library & a selection of board games, flat screen Sat-TV, DVD’s, Ipod docking station. A balcony opens onto an outdoor dining area.

The living room opens onto the master bedroom, kept in blue and white colors with double balconies opening onto the terrace. Bath with  large open shower, mirror and separate area with sink and toilet; all entirely laid out in golden mosaic tiles.

Accessible from the terrace is bedroom with doublebed, which can be converted into twin beds. Private bath with blue tiles with mosaic shower box.

Large, well-equipped kitchen with dining room table for 8. Large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, micro-oven, 5 gas coves, double sink.

Accessible from the terrace is a double bedroom  with private bath with shower box. This room also opens into the kitchen. Third double bedroom with sea view, can be converted into a twin bedroom. Blue tiled floor. Private bath with shower. Fourth double bedroom with garden view, Turkish tiled floor. Private bath with shower. All bedrooms on the ground floor have air condition.

First Floor:

Accessible via 24 steps by an external staircase, this floor consist in a living and dining room, 3 bedrooms with ceiling fans, two bathrooms; Hand painted ceramic tiled floor throughout.

Living room with sea view, with 2 wooden tables, 2 sofas, coaches, flat screen Sat-TV, Ipod docking station, dining area with table and chairs. Storage room.

First bedroom with double bed, window facing the garden. External bath in blue tiles, with bathtub. Second bedroom with double bed and third room has twin beds; Both rooms share a bath with shower box.

Pool and Direct sea access:

Swimming pool (10 mt x 5 mt) sheltered by a Roman ruin located and comfortably through an easy walking path of about 150 meters from the villa. The pool area is furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas and there is an outdoor dining area for 14 guests with table and chairs.

Direct sea access and private sunbathing wooden deck overlooking the sea and the Licosa island lying just in front of the coast. Large sandbags have been laid to create an easy path out to sea for swimming and snorkeling in the crystal clear water. Changing room which has a fridge to keep drinks cold.  There is also a shower and a bathroom.  Masks for snorkeling and jelly shoes of all sizes available on the spot.

Guests can enjoy fresh vegetable and fruits from the organic garden. Delicious Olive Oil from the property is also provided free of charge.

Bicycles available and hiking routes with stunning views in all directions from the villa, through the forest, towards the private island and lighthouse, along the seashore, or into the low hills to San Marco.

A car is needed when staying at this property.
