ACCOMODATION

Ground floor: Access the elegantly furnished living room directly from the external patio. The living room enjoys a comfortable sitting area with several sofas (one of which can become a sofa bed suitable for two extra guests) and boasts flat screen TV, DVD and working fireplace, perfect for winter rentals. There is also dining area with a nice wooden table and seating for eight.

The external patio, equipped with retractable awning is perfect for al fresco dining. There is a table for 10 and a sitting corner furnished with a sofa bed and comfortable chairs.

The kitchen can be accessed from both the dining area or the patio. It is fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, six-ring gas stove, dishwasher, wine refrigerator, pots and pans, plates and silverware, American coffee maker, ice maker, Espresso coffee maker, toaster, blender and microwave. The guest half-bathroom is located on this floor too.

The first double bedroom (bed measures 160x200cm), situated on the ground floor, offers a nice terrace and elegant furniture. The second bedroom with two 100x200cm beds can be converted into a king size bed (200x200cm); these two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower.

Lower Floor: Two of the four bedrooms are located on the ground floor and two on the lower floor which is easily reached by a flight of 18 steps. Three of the bedrooms boast panoramic views of the coast and all bedrooms offer flat screen TVs with satellite TV, parquet floors and double beds (one of the bedrooms can easily convert into twin beds).

Two master bedrooms on the lower floor have en-suite bathrooms and share a spacious terrace boasting an external Jacuzzi. Both suites have a modern touch and white colors: the first master bedroom (bed measures 170x210cm) has a huge mirror, two night tables and an antique chest with drawers. The bathroom offers a Jacuzzi bathtub, a spacious shower and double sink.

The second bedroom (bed measures 160x200cm) has a wooden desk, baldachin bed and two large French windows offering sea views and access to the terrace. Bathroom with hot tub and shower, is tiled with lucid blue handmade majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.

Garden: The large garden is located on various levels. The top level offers a stunning infinity swimming pool with unique views of the coast where one can admire the private island in Italy. This area is also nicely equipped with comfortable sun lounge chairs and large sun umbrellas, outside kitchen (with fantastic stone barbecue grill island, or cook on its four-ring gas stove), gazebo, hammock, this area of the garden is enjoying a patio perfect for afternoon relaxing and enjoys a barbeque.

External Gym area: a small gym contains essential training equipment and machinery (1 multi-functional machine- 2 spin bike- bench, barbell and dumbbells) with the sea view that guarantees absolute pleasure and relaxation whilst training. You will reach the gym from the main terrace going down 15 steps.

Swimming pool area: The infinity swimming pool is 11 meters long x 6.5 m wide x 1.80 m deep 70 sq. m. (753 sq. feet). The swimming pool area is equipped with chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower and you will enjoy a breathtaking view over of the Li Galli islands and the Positano and Amalfi Coasts!

The pool can be heated, on request, between 19 – 28° (Celsius). Specific water temperatures cannot be guaranteed and may vary due to the many environmental variables including wind, humidity, rain, ambient temperature, etc.

Access & Parking: You will reach Villa Azzurra from the main entrance and parking area. Parking available inside the property with automatic gate.
