ACCOMODATION

An 8-person Jacuzzi, BBQ facilities, and a wood oven are some of the amenities offered at this property. An outdoor dining area is set in a panoramic corner of the terraced garden with a loggia & veranda for al fresco dining. Patios, garden furniture and outdoor lounge areas with sofas and couches blend into the beautiful night lightning that makes this a private garden of eden one of complete relax and comfort. There is also a gym in the garden, reachable by a path of steps down from the main terrace.

The parking is right in front of the Main house. All the villa consists of two buildings: The Main House – (with all the bedrooms and common areas) and the Pool House – (where are located the huge living area and the main kitchen).

Five Suites: each equipped with the most modern amenities, but preserving the architectural features of the original structure as the vaulted ceilings painted in the tones of warmer colors. All suites are equipped with air conditioning / heating. All the units have access from an impressive hall with a vaulted ceiling. Villa Selenia is a 300 sqm based on three different levels.

Ground Floor:

Suite A (accessed only from the garden) Two double bedrooms with queen size beds (1 room has twin beds), living room area. These bedrooms share a bathroom (shower). Air conditioning and Satellite TV. In front of the suite find a covered area with table for 6 and outdoor shower and sun lounge chairs.

Suite S One spacious double bedroom with queen size bed, living room area and bath with shower box. Air conditioning, Satellite TV and balcony.

Suite M One double bedroom with queen size bed, living room are, bath with shower box. Air conditioning and Satellite TV. Terrace with table and chairs with access directly onto the outdoor Jacuzzi.

First Floor:

Suite F Double room (1 bedroom on mezzanine) with queen size bed and living room area with sofa bed, bath with shower box. Air conditioning and Satellite TV.

Suite O / Loft: comprises an ample living room with TV and window-doors that give access to a terrace with a covered dining area and sofa. From here access the rooftop terrace equipped with sun loungers and table and 360 degree views over the sea, Capri, Procida and the garden. Bathroom (shower). The bedroom (bed 2 x 1.9m) is on the upper floor overlooking the living area.

Main Villa – Mezzanine Floor: Laundry room with washing machine.

Pool House: (accessed only from the garden – pool area): Living room area with large flat screen TV. Sofas, kitchen, 1 half bath, large dining table with seating’s for up to 14 people.

Swimming-pool: A short path leads from the villa to the pool (6m x 4m x 1.50m), which is surrounded by olive trees. The portico is beautifully decorated with ancient Vietri tile and the outdoor dining area boasts a BBQ, a wood burning oven and kitchen facilities (2 half bath available).

Access & parking: There is a private car parking area and the villa can be accessed by small or mid-size vehicles (max width of 1.70m). There is additional, free parking available close by as well. Due to narrow private access road, we advise against the use of cars.
